What is your cancelation policy?
Please provide a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. If you notify me in a timely manner, you will not be charged. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered late or a no-show, and the full fee will be applied.
Who is your ideal client?
I work with a diverse range of clients seeking therapy for various reasons; I work with men, women, young adults and older adults. My practice includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as those facing life transitions, relationship issues, and personal growth challenges. Additionally, I provide specialized support for the unique stressors faced by romantic partners of first responders. My approach is tailored to each person's unique needs, aiming to foster resilience, self-awareness, and positive change.
